Hi All,

I am wondering if someone can offer a little guidance on some error codes I am getting on my 335i N54.

They are:

29E1 - DME: Mixture control 2.
29F1 - DME: Fuel pressure, plausibility.

My car is completely stock apart from XHP stage 3 (V3). It is a 2009 LCI model with 60K miles.

The car goes into limp mode and turning the engine off and on again clears the limp mode. This only happens when the engine is hot (lots of town driving).

From the "Googling" I have done, it seems that the culprit could be the low pressure fuel sensor, however I have not be able to see any instances of these 2 fault codes together.

The car starts fine and runs perfectly in every other way.

Can anyone suggest anything else to try or what the part number would be for the low pressure fuel sensor?

I have attached the screen shot showing the fault codes.

I know it's been a few years since this was posted but I've just had the same happen to mine over the last few months.

Just wondered if you had an update on the cause and fix for it?
