Bought this car to fix up and daily but I haven’t had the time to finish it and now I’m on to other projects so this one is ready to move on. The car needs some work but it’s a good spec, so it has that going for it.

Exterior has many blemishes as shown in the video linked below. Interior is mostly solid except the headliner, sticky handles, and a loose trim piece.

It’s likely going to need a new eccentric shaft as is common around this mileage. There’s currently no CEL but the shadow code is present and the car is symptomatic. Has the brand new parts listed below.

Maintenance: (all completed within past 100mi)
- Rear brake rotors and pads
- Brake/Clutch fluid
- Valve cover
- Valvetronic motor
- Engine oil and filter
- Transmission fluid

Prior Maintenance:
3/21 @ 101,576 - FRM replaced
09/21 @ 109,970 - Flywheel & Clutch replaced
11/21 @ 112,026 - HPFP replaced
02/22 @ N/A - LPFP and Pressure Regulator
08/22 @ N/A - Front rotors
10/22 @ N/A - Front brake pads

Mods:
- Upgraded OEM clutch and flywheel
- Active Autowerke tune via MHD
- Downpipe
- Intercooler
- Intake / Chargepipe
- H&R Lowering Springs

Known Mechanical Flaws:
- Shadow code for "valvetronic motor adjustment fault too frequent" causing cold start idle hunting - Car drives normally once cold start procedure has ended

Exterior Cosmetic Flaws:
-There's a small spot of the paint discoloration with a small spot of failing clear on the roof
- Front bumper is rough
- Dent in driver rear quarter panel where bottom of door meets quarter

Known Interior Cosmetic Flaws:
- Headliner in rear is beginning to separate although it's not sagging yet
- Rear door handle grips are sticky which is a super common e90 thing
- Window tint has streaking

Warm Start

Really appreciate that. This car is going to make someone a happy camper once it’s sorted out, I’m sure of it.

Currently on stock springs although the front is riding spring only since the struts are blown. The used front struts I’m including have H&R lowering springs on them and I’ll include rear lowering springs. If you don’t want to use those you can swap the OEM springs onto the used struts or you can buy new struts.

I do have a set of 193M wheels for this car but they have bad tires and the rims are in bad cosmetic shape. I can include either set of wheels but not both.

Adjusting the price to reflect a forum discount vs the listing price on autotrader.

Price lowered. Car needs new eccentric shaft which is causing the valvetronic fault. Priced to reflect this. I’ll hold the car if it doesn’t sell at this price. my local Indy charges $2,500 for parts and labor to do the eccentric shaft job, which is about average for this job I think.

The car has been switched over to H&R lowering springs and the front struts have been replaced with a used set I took off my other e90 when I went to coilovers.
