Touch-up paint advice needed.

'08 E93. Garden hoe blown off garage bracket during storm and landed on the trunk like a karate chop. Dent size of quarter and 1/2" to 3/4" deep.
Bought glue/suction cup dent remover gizmo, pulled 15 times and got it even,
Added some primer to the spot and single stage touch up paint. Damn problem is that the paint wrinkles when dry. If I sand off the wrinkles and reapply it will wrinkle again. Temp here is 90+ with high humidity. Should I wait for a cooler day or is there something else causing the wrinkles?
Advice?
Thanx,
Mikey

Dr.Colorchip is a great product depending on the size of the area.

I would need to see photos. It sounds like there is contamination though. Or you are using a different type of paint and its reacting.

I do paint / body on the side.

This. Sounds like you are getting a reaction between top coat and primer.
