New turbos on. Smoke still??
very important question and it is kinda concerning me. So back a while ago i pulled my intercooler off and all the boost hoses/lines to check out a few things. I noticed that there was oil sitting in the intercooler and charge pipe plus intake mani. I initially replaced my turbos because of the fact they were leaking oil(front turbo) and it would smoke like hell when coming to a stop and they weren’t holding boost anymore. I have my brand new turbos on and no smoke at all coming down in the transition from boost to vacuum. Anyway my point is i revved it in neutral and not a lot but just enough i could notice it blew a bit of smoke which was definitely oil. My question is, Is it possible all the old oil sitting in the charge pipe, intake mani, and intercooler is just making its way out now?? i have a catch can too btw

What kind of PCV system are you running? Do you get the smoke on deceleration? If you have brand new turbo's, I would start by checking that.
Oil in the cool side piping happens to all of us. It's all the blow-by oil from the oem pcv system. If you haven't, I recommend deleting the oem pcv and add dual catch cans. This will help with not only help the blow-by oil, but may even solve your turbo smoking issue.

Of course you’re gonna have oil everywhere it’s been. In your intercooler, your exhaust, etc. give it some time if they’re quality turbos
