Feels like to me like it was just 3 or 4 days.. (then on a truck to portland, arriving today).

It was 6 days for me, from docking on Monday until arriving at the dealer late today.

according to the ultimate order tracking guide, this process takes anywhere from 7-14 days. sounds like this isnt the case.

I'm still waiting to hear from my dealer. I called her yesterday and was told that the car was not realesed to the trucking company yet. I'm not sure if the cars are processed in any particular order. Anyone know? My dealer is in Newport Beach, CA. I'm surprised to hear that people in Portland have already gotten calls to pick up their cars. [sigh] oh well, hopefully I'll get the call soon. What's a few more days, right?

Cars that have been ordered and are SOLD get first priority. So, regular dealer stock orders come second.

So, your cars should be the first processed.

True.

Mine isn't quite ready yet, they tell me a few more days.. maybe tomorrow..

I did just miss the ship before the Ryujin, so it was sitting waiting to get loaded for a good week and a 1/2. So maybe I was at the "front" of the ship somehow.

i cant believe this , my dealer just told me that my car has been damaged and he doesnt know how long it will take for me to get my car. although i dont know the extent of the damage, i dont want a car that has been damaged. hopefully its a minor scratch or something but then again i doubt that its that. im really pissed off right now

what a week. first this past weekend, my brother was supposed to pick up his custom order lexus is250. the dealership someone messed up the order and got a automatic instead of a manual and they added some extra package or some shit. so he has to wait for them to re-order it, three month wait.

I'm on the same ship as you guys, and if members in portland are already receiving their cars..... I didn't give it any thought until I saw the thread on what happens at the inspection center and I saw all those damaged cars.... my CA told me yesterday that there was no scheduled release date on my car yet, so I'm really worried that mine is damaged also....

otherwise why would it take so long?

I wouldn't want a damaged car either...... nor would I want to wait for a reorder..... This is driving me crazy....

The Owner's Circle was pretty bad at keeping up-to-date for the entire shipping duration, but it did update to "At your BMW Center" the day after I picked up my car.
