RIP 2007 OEM FLA Battery
That’s a lot of abbreviations. In the recent process of diagnosing what turned out to be a fried CAS module, I noted that the original 2007 flooded lead acid battery that came OEM with my E93 was degrading - occasional battery warning light, some labored engine starts, and as it turns out, it had lost nearly half its original CCA. 17 years was an amazing run for a Varta OEM battery. Replaced it with a new AGM, but doubt I’ll see anywhere near that much life out of the original’s replacement.
