Limp mode and other issues

Ok so I need help I have these codes but prior to this I was trying to replace my cigar lighter fuse. For one dumb reason I didn’t turn the car off and when I removed a fuse (which was not the cigar fuse) the car turned off and when I plugged the fuse back in and turned the car on I had the limp mode light and these codes. I’m honestly not sure where to start to try and solve this problem, I have a feeling I just fried a bunch of wires but I’m hoping that’s not the case. Note: when removing the vacuum lines on my vacuum canisters one of them had no pressure at all. Any help?

Have you tried clearing the codes? Do they come straight back?

Re the canister, take it out, and have a good look. They can crack.

Yes the codes would come back after I cleared them and the canisters are fine. The car was driving normally with no issues before. All this only happened after I removed a fuse with car on.

Update after checking the boost solenoids(connect ground and power to posts and the other side to the 2 connector pins on solenoids and you should hear it click)one of mine didn’t click when applying 12v so that’s one issue down I believe the 3100 code is a failing boost control solenoid. I also checked my crankshaft sensor and the Volts didn’t drop when placing a socket in front( connect the red lead in a dmm to the yellow wire and the ground to a ground on the car then place a socket or anything metal in front on the sensors make sure it touches it should drop to 0V, the key must be on but DO NOT start the car). I checked my vent tube (the exact same way I checked my solenoids) but that did click so I’m not sure where to go from here on the 2a19 code, I also don’t know where to start with the 2fbc code. Any ideas? Thanks
