New Suspension refresh Bilstein pss9 coilover Kit and M3 Front and rear Control Arms

Hi guys first post here, but have been reading forums for about 10 years now!

My car was at 137k miles and the stock suspension was really bad rubbing when hitting slight highway bumps. I decided I was going to fully refresh things and bought new oem tie rods got the front and rear m3 control arms and then a full set of bilstein b14 pss9 coilovers. I knew the kit would be Lower than my stock sport suspension, but it was not to be more than 30mm in front from stock at max height setting so shouldn’t be an issue which was the case for everyone else that I read about who installed the kit. Initially the rubbing was side to side when turning rubbing the tire against the inner frame/ wheel well.I drove the car to alignment shop immediately and got it fixed up. But alas still rubbing… I bought 20mm spacers for front and rear and that seems to have fixed that issue, but then I realized I was still rubbing vertically really bad rendering the car to still be in undrivable. Im at a loss of what to do next as all the coilovers are at their max height setting and the only other option I have is maybe getting 17in wheels to reduce the wheel height? I have the stock oem 18s and the reviews on FCP Euro say there should be no issues when running a stock wheel setup on sport and non sport suspension cars.

On a side note the shop who worked on my aligment (Firestone) has a tech who has multiple m3s at home and has always worked on my car. And my front wheel are on wires on the inner side of the wheel but I can’t replace the wheels until the rubbing is fixed …

Start by taking the spacers off. Rubbing a wheel liner is minor compared to trashing your fenders.
If those are stock wheels with correct sized wheels you are probably too low.
Maybe a heat gun could reform your wheel housing covers in the front.

I have the coilovers set to max ride height and I was rubbing without the spacers. I can definitely take them off but I don’t think it will solve anything
