worn front tires not available anymore, replace all or switch front tire model?

So my 335i has very worn front tires, with rears relatively unworn. These are all 18" Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+, but unfortunately, they're staggered and Pilot Sport A/S 3+ are not available in the front tire size anymore.
I know that ideally, I'll need to replace all 4 tires, but what can be done in less than ideal situation? I was thinking about getting Pilot Sport A/S 4s for the fronts and when the rears wear out which might not take too long for 335i, get them for the rear.

You are fine replacing the fronts with whatever you like as long as you don't have an X-Drive.

thanks! yeah, I don't have an xDrive on either of my e90s. I will stick to Michelins just to be on a "safer" side

I love my PS4S' but people feel a similar way about Continental also.
