Clunk after transmission service

I performed a trans service on my e92 335i. Replaced seals, solenoids, and valve body in hopes of fixing my slipping box.

After the service, the car started making this clunk noise only when shifting into D. This wasn’t happening before. video

It is associated with a slight jolt forward and I think it gets worse as the transmission gets warmer.

Any ideas? Thanks

What fluid did you use? Did you do the proper trans fill procedure? How many miles on the trans and how long has it been slipping?

LiquiMoly top-tec 1800. I did proper fill procedure, and topped it off again after driving the car for a day or two. 121k on the trans. Got the car at 115k and it was slipping then. I don’t think the first owner knew, she was very gentle on the car.
Also, about 3 of the 6k I put on were highway miles when I took the car to Key West

Also, it doesn’t clunk when the car is cold.

Did you loosen the trans support and not tighten it, maybe ? how are the trans. bushings?
You topped it off with the car level, running and between 30-50 celsius?
When I did mine I ended-up putting about 8 quarts in.
Maybe the exhaust bracket is hitting something or loose?
Good luck.
