Came out of the car wash and this happened...

My front bumper got 2 deep white marks. See center of pic and to the left.

Looking for some advice!



Is this the clearcoat and paint that got completely removed? How fked is it? I think it was the car wash brush that went on the bumper too hard. It happened to another car of mine with the exact same damage after I went to that car wash, and today just confirmed it.

Is this fixable in a DIY? Also, the scratches you see on the left, that look like spider webs up top, and more regular looking scratches at the bottom left, are those fixable in a DIY?

It's a 2007 bmw 325i I bought used a week ago in otherwise good condition, but would love to fix these.
