Who is still on the original cup holder?

I know E9x cupholders break. but mine still original from 2011.
Most likely due to opening them maybe 3 or 5 times all these years

Mine may be original but the drivers side needs a little help to come out. I do have a new one and am procrastinating on installing it. Besides, who has a drink in the car when you have a manual transmission...

2009 E91(original owner): factory cup holder, works like a charm
I open and close it few times a week for past 14 years

2011 E90(4th owner): factory cup holder, slow to open.
I open and close it twice a week for past 4 years.

I do, most of the time, either coffee or water. Both cup holders are original, since April 2008.

Still using both originam cup holders. Bmw e92 2011 year

Mine were slow to open, so i replaced them.

The new ones were still slow to open.

My E93 manual has an 03/2007 build date. I think I win the prize for oldest non-broken, regularly used cupholders. Stanley stainless travel mug fits perfectly.
