A Flux Trophy at Silverstone
Lotus Cortina's,Mini Cooper S's and a single Alfa Junior take on the might of American Mustangs,Falcons and others for this trophy, with the Mini's praying for rain.

The 600 Falcon car stopped for what seemed ages to change drivers? and tires presumably, enough Tordoff names on the side. Then it came back out and blazed the field to win! Sponsors JCT 600 are a huge privately owned dealer group that own 53 dealerships so an open cheque spent on this motor gave no chance to the other privateers doing it for the love of the sport.

Cool seeing them drive the pants off those old american boats.
Hard to compete with huge sponsorships. No limit on spending? |

On the tech and sporting regulations for this series, organised with the provisions of the FIA sporting code there's nothing about any spending budget so big V8 power basically wins on such a power track at Silverstone and of course a good driver like Sam Tordoff with masses of experience from BTCC and Porsche Cup.
