Hi,
I am using INPA loader V2.023.
I get the message "Starting conditions not met" when attempting desulphation. I have tried closing and restarting the programme with no luck.
Desulphation does not kick in even when the temperature is over 550 degrees.
Any ideas on what could be the issue?

did you ever solve it?

I know the exhaust temp needs to be at a certain temp and fuel tank needs to be at least half full as it uses more fuel in the process. But engine coolant and oil temp also factors.

Do you have any current dtc's? ones that may prevent the process like 02/lambda sensors, misfires

So, last week, I connected up the vehicle to ISTA and did a long drive (45 min) at 110 kph with the desulphation mode on. The sulphur ontent came down from 3800 to 1250.
Lat night i took the vehicle out again and got the value down to 686. I then switched to INPA to see if that worked. Hey presto, it started! However, after the value reached 650 it would not go down any further.
I now have codes 30EA, 2C32 and 2C6C, and another, unrelated code C581
