Spark Plugs

What is the latest choice for spark Plugs? My N55 is Pure 2, port injection, E50 blend. The last I recall using was NGK gapped st .022. Has this changed? If so, why?

Garage List
I'll be putting these in either at my next plug change, or when I get my big turbo on. Still undecided on what gap to run on these.
