Ah...made a decision
For the next month I am gonna drive without a toone...Yes, I had one before...but then went to the dealership for service and they down loaded the dreaded 29.2 to my car...and now..I have limp modes and CELs. They removed my toone for me..and now the car runs stock fine..but definitely doesnt feel like 100 octane with my old toone. I really miss the power..but I cannot deal with ruining a track event because I get persistent CELs and limp modes. I think BMW really took it to us with this frickin Progman 29.2.
This sucks. I may be going back to Audi land when this lease term is up on the 335.

when is your lease up? there are promising changes in the horizon. i hope you change your mind eventually, as this community would suffer a great loss without you here

I didnt see the codes...but they have already replaced intake solenoid valves, cleared codes related to fuel delivery system. I really want my power back...especially in 85+ degree heat.

so are there others with issues with SSTT and 29.2?
