Hi guys, I am closing in on ordering my 330i with the following configuration:

Sparkling Graphite Metallic w/ Terra Interior + Burl Walnut Wood
6-Speed Automatic w/ Steptronic
Sport Package
Premium Package
On-Board Navigational System

I've negotiated to the price of $41,845. I will be putting down a $500 deposit for the ordering. Will this $500 go into cap reduction? I told the CA I wanted a MF of .00225, with 64% residual, and $625 bank fee. I am from NJ so the sales tax is 6%.

She reply to me with a monthly payment $574.29 and said those are the numbers she get when she runs it through her lease calculator, but I don't get those numbers with the online calculator, did I miss something? BTW, that payment is with tax rolled into it. On pickup I will pay 1st month, security deposit of 600, bank fee 625 and dmv fee 270 (new plates).

I came up with the following using the online lease calculator:

MSRP 44845
Base Cap 41845
Cap Cost Reduction 500 (ordering deposit)
Adjusted Cap Cost 41345
Residual Value 28701 (64%)
Money Factor .00225
Term 36mo
Sales Tax 6%
-Mo Payment 539.36

Which is $34.93 less than what she is offering, but she did tell me to call tomorrow to finalize it and see if we can work something out. $34.93 isn't much extra, but does come to be over 1200 in 3 years. :P

When I got mine the deposit for the order did not go into a cap cost reduction but went to the drive offs, so your adjusted cap cost would be the 41,845 Not 41,345. The drive off would be security deposit, bank fee, DMV fees minus $500 (your deposit). Also you didn't indicate how much MACO they are charging you. That might also have something to do with the difference.
