This lease is for a nicely equipped 328i xDrive Sedan. It has Sport, Premium, Cold, Nav, Xeon, Logic 7, etc...
Car Information Model: 2009 328xi MSRP: $49,075 Invoice: $45,140 Down Payment: $1,500 Adj Cap Cost: $42,910 Lease Information Lease Term: 24 months Residual: 67% + 2% for 12k miles = 69%. MF: .00190 (4.56%) loyalty Sales Tax: 6% The monthly number I've come to is $587 a month. Does this sound right to you guys? Thanks!

umm so you are getting the car for under invoice? You don't have MACO & training charges in your area? Forgive me, I haven't bothered to look up, but I assume you just added up the invoice + dest + option invoices?

Yes - I only added up the invoice on the car, options and then added the destination charge. What other charges am I looking at?

There's MACO (advertising) and training fees that dealers sometimes have to pay, which are not listed in invoice pricing. They vary from dealer to dealer, but you can probably find more on them by searching, as I am not an expert. In San Diego, it's roughly $500 for those. But my main concern is how the dealer is going to make a profit if you buy a new 09 for invoice. I think it is more reasonable to add 500-1000 to what he pays, unless he pads the MF significantly. You should be asking dealers for quotes based on ordering an 09 in your model.
