FS or Lease takeover: 2007 Lexus IS350 - Central CA

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:

Hello everyone, I figured I'd give it a shot here, in case any one wants to switch to Lexus or knows anyone who does...

I have this listed on a couple of other sites and have had interested buyers but nobody seems to have sufficient credit. Anyhow, I need this gone as I picked up a BMW and no longer drive this...it has been in the garage for about a month now. Anyway, here are the details:

The car is a black/ivory 2007 Lexus IS350 with the X package, premium package, and navigation. I couldn't find one with ML when I bought in in 11/06. I'm attaching recent pictures but if you need additional pictures, I'd be happy to provide them.

The monthly payment for the lease is $591 plus your applicable tax and I owe just about $33,200 at this time. However, I am offering $1500 incentive to have this gone as soon as possible, so monthly payments would actually be $531 + your applicable tax. You can also buy it outright for $31,500. I also made a payment a few days ago and now 25 months remain in the lease.

Here are the specific details about the car and lease:

Options:
- High Intensity Headlamps with Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS)
- Navigation System with rear camera, bluetooth, and voice-activation with destination input
- Premium package includes: Heated and ventilated seats, wood interior trim, and perforated leather seat upgrade
- X package includes: 18" 5-spoke alloy wheels, sport tuned suspension, alloy sport pedals, illuminated scuff plates, CAD front lip spoiler
- Preferred Accessory Packaged includes: Trunk mat, cargo net, and wheel locks.

Original purchase price: $41,232

Lease end date = 11/15/2010

Money factor = .00281

Lease End Buyout (Residual Value)=$21393.50

Current mileage = 26,xxx

Annual Mileage Allowance=12,000 and Over mileage Charge=$.20 per mile

The car has never been in an accident and has been serviced at the local Lexus dealership for all recommended services. I just had new (OEM) tires installed about 2 months ago and the front brakes were replaced about the same time with EBC redstuff pads. I also bought the EBC redstuff pads for the back but the original brakes were found to be okay, so I'll just pass these pads on to the new owner for future use. Also, it has always been garaged, never smoked in, and I am the first and only owner.

I hope I have covered everything I usually look for in a sales ad but feel free to respond, PM, or e-mail (dazhahs23@yahoo.com) with any additional questions or offers. Thanks

^
Thanks...it is indeed an auto but with the semi-manual (shifting but no clutch) capability, including the paddle shifters on the steering wheel.

Haha Dont glamorize it with that car salesman-like comment. The semi-auto tranny is slow as hell with shifts when in the "sport" mode with the paddle shifters. I know from experience as my GF drives an IS350.

The IS is, however, a very reliable car with a good amount of power and it is a car I'd definitely recommend.

Not trying to glamorize, just was the only way I could explain it initially...I do agree that the IS is more sluggish than the 335...I've driven both as well.

Anyhow, thanks for the recommendation and it looks like the car might sell tomorrow...
