help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! headlight issue

well.... my driver low beam is out..... i though it will be the bulb and switch it and nuttin, havent take the actual headlight out i dont have time to be taking the entire bumper in and out, if theres a need i will have 2 but the pictures that im showin is from the wire that connects the bulb and iguess i need a new set or wires.. i replaced them with a new set, but again nuttin is working, wat do i do now...... i do have high beams... my parking lights work fine and halos works fine also.... btw i dont have xenons,,, i have the conversion from halogen to projectors from andy, i didnt get the headlights from andy just from ther dude....thank u

(Assuming you have a multimeter

Did you turn on your low beams and check the voltage accross those two clips/pins?
