Anyone know the average weight of oem wheels? 18"
I ask because I am looking to replace mine and have asked how much the replacements weigh. I have been told 15kg or 20kg with tyre. Is this OK or too heavy?

162 front 25.8 lbs (11.7kg) rear 26.4 lbs (11.97kg). I don't know which wheels you have, but the US 330i sport have the 162's.
The runflat tires (bridgestone RE050a) are about the same weight as the wheel (25lbs front and 27lbs rear). So, you're dealing with between 23 and 25kg each, with tires mounted. |
