Nah, the bumper is being heated for the diffuser to set in. Also, waiting to get the side skirts from MFD too. After seeing the fitment, I'm glad that mine is unpainted and Phil can fit it to the car before priming and paiting it. The M-Tech front is supposed to arrive soon as well. I'll do the lip during break though, can't let the car sit for too long w/o driving it.

Monday update
This is what the rear bumper looks like before it went to the paint booth. Notice that the exhaust are just hanging there and not welded on yet, so they look sorta crooked.

Another update:
Official word is that I won't have any M3 side skirts love for the X'mas. The ETA is 12/22/2008 so I won't be able to get them fitted and painted before X'mas. Bummer~ I guess I can do it with the M-Tech front bumper project then.

I'm picking up my car up tomorrow. I'll get the side skirts fitted over X'mas break along with the M-Tech front bumper and custom lip.
Seriously, I don't see how a 10 hour plane ride from TW to CA can be translated into a week long journey. Then, they decided to ship them out by Fedex Ground so it's going to take another week. I don't see any "EXPEDITION" here even though I did pay extra for expedited shipping from TW. As you know, I operate on a very tight work / study schedule. This dance with the skirts literally wasted me a full week of time where I could have fitted, painted, and installed the side skirts along with my aero kit rear bumper (that was my original plan anyways). This is really pissing me off.

Here's the end result....... Not quite yet though, acutally. We have trouble matching the paint on my car. We are still actively trying to work out a solution for it. Right now, it appears to be TOO WHITE (as opposed to too yellow like last time)

The paint match doesn't look too bad but I'm sure if you're anything like me, you'll want it as close to perfect as possible. New paint will also tend to change color slightly when exposed to prolonged sunlight which would help negate the differences.

I don't have much problem with the paint color, but Phil (the ARTIST behind this project) is not happy with how his sculpture turned out. So, we're trying to fix it up to 100%.
