Service Info Warning

I was toggeling through the Service INFO in my car and saw this. Look like a propeller with a canister at the bottom. It also shows 36000 mls and 01/2009. What does this actually mean? I was wondering if I should take the car in. And yes I already read the manual front and back.

I believe that's the microfilter for the cabin.
