Buying pre owned advice needed in MA
Hi,
I'm shopping this weekend for a CPO Series 2007/2008 and was hoping to get some advice. I've actually never bought a car in the US before, I'm from the UK and bought plenty there, so apologies if any of the questions seem obvious! I'm looking at 328xi sedan with cold/premium - there is plenty around at the dealers near me in Boston/MA/NH Pricing - we have similar to KBB in the UK and from past experience I would normally get a dealer to around the excellent private party price and not the suggested dealer price. Is it realistic to expect the same here or not and also in this current market and time of year I would expect in the UK to do slight better. Taxes/Fees etc - Other than sales tax, registration and title fees (I live in MA) would I expect the dealer to charge me any other fees on a pre owned and if so what might they be? Car question - I would like to get ipod integration, but rarely see the option. I have read a number of threads and still not clear; can it he installed by a dealer on an existing car, do track names/etc area on the radio display or does that require a car with the idrive and navigation? Any other advice or dealer opions in the Boston/MA area Thanks, Paul |
