Headlight install in Queens

Hey guys, where can i get my headlights installed in queens? im going from halogen to plug n play hids and dont want to go thru the hassle of jacking up the car and removing the bumper in this weather.

if its for fogs i can install, i dont have expierence with doing the actual headlights tho..

nah,, I meant headlight install. Its plug and play, all that should have to be done is taking the bumper off and switching the lights. i would try it myself but im too busy. tax season is a biatch.
