Edit - link fixed
I, too, recently found a touchless car wash, at the Home Depot. I think it's the same system installed at the BMW local dealership. Manufacturer's site: //http://www.pdqinc.com/laserwash-4000/index.shtml I think it's very good at removing all the dirt - extremely high pressure wash. I don't think I'll be concerned about toweling dry with MF towels after. But at the same time, it's an extremely high pressure system, and I worry that if I do it too often, it will damage the finish. Be careful if your dealership uses this system, even though it's touchless. I know my dealer washes every car this way, for every service. I don't want anybody else handwashing my car, anywhere. They won't be as careful as I am about avoiding scratches. Last edited by Neurorad; 08-17-2006 at 04:53 PM.. |
