-sub letting our apt (1k profit a month in nyc!)
and moving to central park west
-selling motorcycle this wednesday
-starting new job in 2 weeks and i get signing bonus (for 135i)
-wife gets bonus (for the 135i)

wow. lots of change in the new year... wish me luck guys!
so stressed
cant wait for march 22nd
59 days!

Congrats and good luck Dave! Sounds like there's lots of good things happenning in your life. I was just in the city last week, and managed to stop at Grays Papaya over by Central Park West...

Good luck with the move and the new job. My son just moved from Tx. to go to school at the CIA up in Hyde Park just two days ago.

For 3500 it had to go! I bought it 2 yrs ago for 4200! And I put 4k on the clock!

You're on! Are you talking about Zip Burger? I've been there. I also manage to do a deli sandwich while I'm there. (I go frequently) this time was Stage for a pastrami & swiss on rye. At Carnegie, you get more (full 6" tall sandwich), but it's almost too lean.

Katz's and Arties are great too.

Btw, do you have a parking spot in your new residence? or do you rent a spot in a local garage?

Well got a great deal sun letting apt... nut other apt did not work out but we found a better one.

Bonus was half of what we thougt but still ok to get one and the motorcycle is gone.

Everything worked out but it will be a tight budget till april!
