Feeler: Eisenmann Sport
Hey guys... I'm considering buying the Eisenmann Sport muffler for my 330i. If I'm not COMPLETELY satisfied with the sounds under all driving conditions, I will want to go back to stock and sell this muffler... Anyone interested in buying this muffler from me if I don't love it? I live in LA, and would sell it to you for a slight discout under what Ryan sells it to me for... unfortunately I can't cover shipping like he can... Also, anyone in LA area have an Eisenmann sport and NO intake or midpipes, that would be willing to meet up with me and let me hear it, so I can make the choice without spending $900?? thanks... Matt, what type of sound are you looking for? I read your previous posts about not wanting your car to sound loud.
If I'm not mistaken, Chitown had the Eisenmann Sport muffler on his 330it, but traded it in for the Eisenmann race setup. I heard that the 325i gets louder than the 330i does with this mod. |

i don't want it loud, just MEAN and deep. I have a 330, so I'm not worried about that 325 stuff... Are you saying that Chitown is selling his sport, or that he already did?

I'm not in it for the performance tho, hunter. I want an agressive, quiet tone, that's louder than stock, but still not loud... The Race IS louder than Sport, right?

it's like $830 new... I would know whether or not I wanted to keep it by the time it had 100 miles on it....
I don't know what shipping costs... but I think $725 plus you pay for shipping would be fair, assuming i didn't damage the muffler in any way, and that with shipping it's less than $830.... I don't know about the shipping cost though, so the price would change depending on cost to ship it. I'm not here to rip anyone off, y'know? I'm not going to sell you a used muffler that ends up costing MORE than a new one. Matt |

Sorry, forgot to mention.... I'm pretty damn close to fremont a couple times a month (Santa Cruz) so if you bought it, you could come pick it up from me in Santa Cruz on an arranged date, and not pay that shipping cost

sorry to say it but the sport muffler might as well be a stock muffler, the race is the way to go. As long as you aren't buying the optional SR pipes the race is deeper and like 5% to 10% louder.
