Installation Help: Procede v3 PNP $$$ (will pay)

I currently have Procede 1.45 and would like to upgrade, but simply don't have the time (and a little lazy too) to do it. I live in the Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale area and will pay someone $100 to do it. I have all the parts needed.

I know times are rough with the crappy economy so hopefully someone with experience doing these installs is up to it. Just PM me. Thanks.
