Mine has it too. Creeks like a oap's dodgy hip. Only notice it when going over speedbumps which i have in my cul de sac so pretty much notice it every time i use the car.
I did kinda think it was normal....I take it that it shouldnt be making this noise then? I'm probably going to have it back in the dealers soon as it still has an mpg issue, is it worth getting them to take a look or is this something we need to just live with?

I was in a 57 plate mondeo this evening, the new shape one. It was a taxi it has 85k on it.
Didnt squeek a peep over a coupla speed mountains.
