E90 M-Sport tyre profile question (sorry)

They are E46 M3 questions. I've been told that they'll fit on an E90 but theres alot of contradictive information...

Front:

19x8.5 et37

Rear:

19x9.5 et25

Obviously the front is fine, its the rear I'm worried about. ET30, ET28 even I wouldn't have major worries, but I think I might foul the arches at 25? Whats the word guys...

Dave, I think the ET for a 320 E90 is 34?

So ET25 is going to cause you grief.

What style of OEM wheels are you currently running?

HotCoupe: That's true but isn't that based on standard wheel dims?

Mega: I think you might be OK using that setup on an e90 (it will be close and it certainly wouldn't work an an e92 without major mods but the e90 has more room in the rear arches).

The fronts: 19 x 8.5 ET37 would work but would sit very slightly further in than the ideal (which would be something like a 19 x 8.5 ET30, for a flush look) but with 235/35 R19 tyres they would be fine.

The rears: 19 x 9.5 ET25 you might just get away with on an e90. I see you're running M-sport susp, which will give you that bit more negative camber (which will help tuck the top in) and providing you don't carry too much weight in the rear or plan on dropping the susp further then you should get away without any rubbing, use 265/30 R19 tyres with a rounded shoulder profile (Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas are good for this).

If you're really worried (or carry a lot of weight in the boot) can you not arrange a test fitting??

Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Cheers for the post. The guy sold the wheels before I got to him!! So it won't be these now Although I'll be ordering alloys in spring/summer.

Best regards ps I currently have the standard 18s the M-Sport comes with
