I have hfc downpipes with second cat delete. Sounds amazing. Better than catless dp and high flow secondary cat. Less raspy and more deep of a sound. No codes as well so no need for 02 simms. No rotten egg smell as well. I hate a Bmw that smells like an old hyundai. Difference between catless and hfc is 6 whp so performance is minimally sacrificed.

thats my debate really...im getting the borla with secondary cat delete...am I losing much getting HFC downpipes instead of catless? I really cant deal with smell since this is a car I'll have people that wont tolerate scent in....

and I want to run a stage 3 map...hmmmm (with 93 oct)

i got the milltek exhaust with 100 cell cat replacement, very happy with it (saw 320bhp on the dyno before the remap with just the exhaust), sounds great under full load and has a good rumble on tickover.

My setup now:
AR Catless Dps
OEM secondary
Bastuck Quad axleback.

Thinking about doing the following:
Replace both OEM exhaust parts with:

And

This should be a quite nice and solid setup. Going to Supersprint in Italy beginning of April to see what they can do.

I thought Supersprint and Milltek were pretty much the same thing?

catless DP + OEM secondary cats will pass emission test in europe?
Will it smell bad?

Will the OEM secondary cats survive to the increased temperature coming directly from the turbos?

I'm looking at removing the primary cats by installing the catless Riss Racing downpipes for faster spooling of the turbos and cooler engine bay temperatures. For the secondary cats, I plan on replacing them with High Flow aftermarket items such as Metal'Cats from :http://www.psiproducts.com.au
I will retain the rest of the standard exhaust if there is no power to be gained.
+100

i agree that catless dps will give you best gain.
replacing the efficient but heavy 2ndary cat setup and /or stock exhuast may yield some gains but not nearly as much as the catless dps.

also, besides the enviornment, many have said totally catless smells like rotten egss all the time.

my 2 cents
