Tried maps 5, 4 and 0 at the dyno, before this ive tried 0,3,4,5,6. These codes were before the dynorun. When i installed the jb3 i took the negative battery loose. Could it give some code?

However, if the pump is tested and comes out ok, you may have an issue.

As far as sensitivity, I believe it has more to do with the current software rather than a distinction between MSD80 vs. MSD81.
Hey Bubbles, that would be unfair and actually means nothing. They can't even reasonably proof it. I can reliably state that because even though my car was Dinan Stage II flashed, when my HPFP failled, the results of testing were odd as I already stated in those HPFP threads. Car would not even drive low speed off-boost for even a mile. The dealer clearly stated they suspected HPFP because of the codes, but that they could only change it if it failled their field (sobreity) tests? I laughed when it was tested and you guessed it, the HPFP came back Ok. I asked them to have a tech drive the car. He did not make it out of the lot before it got the shakes and fainted. SA was rather embarrased. I just said, now you tell me its ok, but its clearly not even remotely drivable. What is the problem then? So they changed the HPFP and all was forgiven. The car was restored. Now that test is just BS. Totally unreliable IMHO. I think their test does not pass the smell test and the results are bogus at best. How on earth was my HPFP ok? No Dinan made no difference, this was right off idle, and the would just die with barely a foot on the gas. Ofcourse this is my unscientific conclusion, but it seems reasonable enough to make that conclusion based on the stark evidence alone.

Legally, I have no opinion on the matter
Bubbles FTW! I am your fan for life.... Just tell them you know and are thankful that one of their techs has worked hard and late into the night on your car. You appretiate the commitment.

I actually wanted to know the maps the op used on these test to try and get the codes. Also to all the other guys that have thrown the code which version jb3 do you have? I am wondering because the op set out to trip the code and couldn't, but I read in this thread that there are a couple of you guys have tripped it.

I have Jb 1.22, mainly been driving with maps 4&5 before the dyno run. Still no idea what the codes are?
