quit smoking
I quit smoking (after about 10 years btw), so far its been 26 days and its not pleasant...
 especially during or after the following wake up shitting eat driving waiting finished a project stress studying office breaks movie fuck bj bored DRINKING sleep |

I've been smoking for the past 9 years or so. I still can't get myself to quit. Then again, I cut down my smoking a LOT. I'd say on average 4 cigarettes a day.
Hopefully I'll be able to kick the habit completely. Keep at it! Don't give up!

ive been an avid smoker for over 5 years now. i "quit" a few months ago. one day i was just disgusted with the cig i was smoking. felt it tasted gross, made me feel gross etc. just dont want to smoke anymore. i still smoke a cig when im drinking and what not (i dont drink too often), but besides that, my body has become disgusted with them. when i smell the smoke of another persons cig it bothers me. im happy about this.

I am smoke free for 19 years now. I had a long list like yours also but it slowly dwindled down to two items : Drinking & sex.
You will never get over the craving after those two, let me tell ya  but ...you can do it. |
