ipod integration question

when you connect the ipod, the aux is selected and you can the do 2 things. One, adjust the volume recieved from the ipod, and two, Tel-Min????? WHAT IS THIS???? The range is -10 to +10 Can't figure it out and it is not in the sterio manual that came with the car. This is a non idrive car

Are you connecting the iPod with a mini jack stereo cable via the AUX port in the center armrest console OR do you have the iPod adapter installed which would be termed integrated?

Tel-Min? Where did you find that term?

Huh? I'm not familiar with that term either. If you don't have the "integrated" iPod connector, review this thread: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3172

This is what I use, in combination with the Air Click, and I don't need no stinking integration (not for the overpriced cost of it).
