DIY remove backseat?

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to remove the backseat of my e90. I removed the bottom part easily however i'm having problems remove the backpart. Anyone know if there are bolts that i have to remove or if it just comes out with some force like the bottom part.

Please help asap, i have the car in pieces as of right now.

Thanks,
Mehale
