Few More Mods Completed!

Ive now fitted the Eibach spacers (12mm front & 15mm rear) - such a subtle and relatively cheap mod makes such a huge aesthetic difference to the look and stance of the car - no rubbing issues whatsover and could have easily gone 15mm all round BUT the car is getting lowered on weds and i think i may have to swap them around and put the 12mm on the rear and 15mm on the front as originally planned. The other mod ive done this week are the Carbon Fibre Mirror Covers and the Carbon Fibre Side Indicator Grills. But the main mod completed yesterday were the alloys. I decided to fully refurb and then respray the 19' OEM's. I was considering aftermarket rims but thought i would try this first. Have to say they dont look as good in the pics as they do in the flesh. I specially chose the colour myself with my mate from ProSmart and i have to say im really pleased with the results. Next week the car goes into to have the suspension lowered with the Eibach Pro Kit, LED Angel Eyes, Vorsteiner front CF Splitter and CF rear Diffuser

That's one lovely looking car Steve - wasn't sure about the wheel colour at first, but you have to look at them in unison with the rest of the blacked-out mods to get the full impact.

Sweeeet....

Awesome, that car works so well in white. Your style of modding, is very similar to how I would do things.

I've just ordered a couple of new bits for the RS4.......

Have you thought about a rear lip spoiler the same style / colour as the roof ? I think that would look good. Lovely looking car pal !!

Im going for the Remus Race exhaust - and im toying with idea of AA x-pipe and maybe even race cats - but they are big money and im not sure if im willing to spend a huge amount more on the car yet??
Ed you are right - i have never been a big fan in the past of darkened rims and still dont like black rims - but the gunmetal really seems to work with the roof and all my other CF bits - thanks buddy!
I think it will almost be there once she's dropped a few mm!!
Yes - i was going to change my lip spoiler for a CF one - but i think im going to go with the Vorsteiner CSL boot lid now - and graduate the CF in with the on the tip of the tail etc.
Oli - what mods are you planning with the RS4 matey - be keen to hear!!
Thanks chaps!

Steve, looks nice you have put some very tasteful mods on the car. White seems to be a very good colour to add black/gunmetal/carbon as the contrast shows it off to best effect.

Nice

I think you're right about the spacers, you probably will have to swop them over.

I might well pop over to the Grasshopper and see it in the flesh,it's on my doorstep, and it would be rude not to

Bit OT, but Milltek CAT back - quad pipes, BMC filter, and a custome RR re-map. I'm probably also going to fit the black optics kit........

Looks great Steve - I now know what all my bits are gonna look like when the car finally arrives, lol! I have opted for matt black fender frilles though as they actually replace the chrome ones rather than fit on top. I was worried of bit of chrome showing round the edges of the carbon? Have you any close ups of the carbon side grilles as I may opt to put them on top of the matt black ones I am gonna fit!

The mirror covers look great as well - can't wait to fit mine. Gonna be a tugh decision wether to go and drive her after collection or take her home to polish & add the mods.

The CSL bootlid will look awesome!

Steve, subtle mods are the way forward. I like mods that make you double take on the car and make you think 'I know something is different but I can't put my finger on it'. I am sure your car will fall into that category when fully done done. Already liking the wheels. Good work fella
