If they can fit the 335 style exhaust onto a 330d I can see no reason they couldn't get an M3 style exhaust on. You may have to go down the bespoke route though.
In order to get the 335 style exhaust, like the one above, you obviously have to change the rear valance, but also the the boot floor needs replacing to make room (you loose the space under the boot flap in a 330d). Wrighty, speak to Ant at Speed Religion, his is bespoke (one of the upgrades he offers), he'll give you the full low down.
