NJ/PA Tint legal question
If i were to register my car in pa and move to pa, can a NJ police officer cite me for a tint ticket?

NOPE!!! Its a state by state law. Good to go!! FUCK NJ!!! HAHAHAHAHA! Damn, that reminds me. I have to pay a tint ticket!! Damnit!!

i dunno brotha..lotta cops on 22 and 202/78 lately...with nothin to do but write tix looks cleaner with no tints!

If you got PA plates on the car, then NJ laws do not apply to it. Therefore, an LEO won't pull you over just for tints or no front plate (unless it's a moving violation eg. speeding).

if you guys have a eye doctor and should ask him to give you a note on the blue prescription paper that says due to light sensitivity needs tints....most cop usually let it you go but if they don't just bring it with you to court and the prosecutor will drop the ticket.

its prob gonna turn into a problem having your car registered in pa and having a jersey license, i had a friend that used to do that and once he got pulled over enough by the same cop he had to change it.

It is legal to tint fronts in PA but only to like 35%. the back sides and the rear can be any % you want. To be honest, I have a lot of friends who are police officers and a lot of friends with tint, I never hear of anyone giving or receiving tix in PA for tint!
