Thinking about buying Euro Part During Visit to Roma, Italy

Hello,

At the last minute, my wife and I are planning to traveling to Roma, Italy next week. We will be there for 4 days. This might sound crazy but I was thinking about purchasing the 2009 euro rear fog light switch from one of the BMW dealerships (e.g. http://www.autocapital.bmw.it/).

Part Number: 61319169404

Unfortunately I do not speak or write Italian. How would you recommend I purchase such a part? Should I contact one of the dealerships via email before arriving to order the part ahead of time?

Does anyone live in Roma, who could assist me?
