My driver side bulb is receiving no power verified by the test light. I saw that this light turns off automatic around 5-10 seconds after engine on. So what is its role really? Thanks

h3 bulb is for your cornering light, its the light inside your inner angel eyes, it turns on when you move your steering wheel

no , only when you are turning..

when the steering wheel rotates beyond a certain amount, the cornering light will turn on
