335i Coupe Euro Delivery | What to pay?

I'm new to this forum and am looking at a 335i optioned as follows:

Coupe
Black (non-metallic)
6 speed manual
Navigation
Ipod
Smart Phone integration
Boston Leather
Comfort access
Premium Pack
Sport Pack
BMW Assist

As far as I can tell, this build's wholesale is roughly $45,730 w/Destination charge. Then ED drops around $2500, so say $43,230. The question is, what should I expect to pay based on these prices?

Thanks in advance!

For July, There might be a CAP reduction of $1000 and Options Credit Bonus of $1260 if you lease. I think if you buy, there's the $1260 Options Credit Bonus (this covers the cost of an Automatic transmission) but I think it applies as a Bonus regardless of which tranny you choose.
You should aim for 500-1250 (dealer profit) over ED Invoice after these deductions.
Good luck man
Oh one more thing. As of April 2009, the invoice cost went up by $170 for a 335i sedan. This was not mentioned anywhere but this is what the dealer told me. So you may want to research it further
