December MF for 335i ?

I’m getting ready to sign a lease for a 335i and I was wondering if I should wait a week and see if the December MF is lower, or just sign now to lock in the November rates? Anyone have any ideas if the MF will be lower next month?

Thx!

I ordered an E90 335i and locked in at Nov rate but my CA thought that the Dec rate would possibly be lower. Since it had no bearing on me ordering the car, I don't see any reason why he would say it if it wasn't a possibility. Just speculation though.

Will they give me the DEC rate if it is lower and I already have locked in the NOV rate?

If you have patience to wait for a month or two (which I didn't heve)- my guess is that after Dec the market will get soften, people would've spent most of their money during holidays season, and you could be in the driver's seat to negotiate with the dealers...JMHO
