You guys have taken the bait that all Company's sell to you. Half of the company's do not manufacture themselves, they purchase in bulk from a mass producer somewhere in China. Then they slap on their name brand and mark it up 500%. What you said, thats like saying Tylenol is the expensive "nice stuff" while the Walgreens brand is the cheap (like ebay) stuff. Low and behold, the medication is made by the same manufacturers and just branded separately for Tylenol. Same goes with local gas stations, many gas stations get their gasoline from the same source, it makes no difference. In this case, i have yet to pull the trigger on the ebay intake but it looks to be somewhat identical to the injen, just without the name plate that is double sided taped on by injen. It could very well be manufactured by the same chinese plant in China or maybe Taiwan

BTW, what is a 'vet filter' ?

What is the microns (or other units) specs of that filter and what is required by BMW. I would worry about warranty issues.

probably. I'm going to get it and see if it fits out of curiousity. I'm really looking to get the BMW performance intake for the oem look but i'll try this fitment and let you guys know...for $80 if it fits then its worth a shot to try on behalf of all forum members.

should receive it tomorrow, will test fit and let you know, if it fits. Though even if it fits i'll be putting it up for sale since i'm looking for either the OEM Perf Intake or perhaps Injen
