Is the JB+ or JB3 on Map 5 more or less likey to throw tuner codes?

Curious if one or the other is more likely to throw codes on the latest bmw software. Not sure what the JB3 does exactly to gain power compared to the JB+.

The JB3 on any map is less likely to throw a detection code because it alters fuel pressure.
