sloppy and playful steering

ive noticed my car has been handling like crap, very playful steering. I can move my steering wheel a good 4-6 inches both ways before the car moves. On slight curves the steering wheel has to be moved at least 45deg+ and on turning street corners almost 180deg. the car doesnt hug the road as I expect. this cant be normal, the car is not fun.

i have checked the steering fluid and its full,
i have checked the bushing and nothing seems warn out
tire pressure is around 40 psi (general uhp)

*i have kwV3 so is it safe to assume they are out of wack and need to be adjusted? When i had them installed about 8 months ago i dont think the steering was this bad and non responsive. They were installed to factory specs no tuning was done. ill have to search the forum to see if there are any KW settings threads. But you all can put some settings here if you like.

could the alignment be way screwed?

my bump stops are smashed and i dont even drive the car as hard as i should. anyone else bump stops look like this?

i have the same problem exactly and 95% its your rod assembly , try to buy both inner and outer tie rods and check your lower control arm ball joints and upper control arm bushing , after that you should be fine . i didn`t install them yet but a professional guy checked it and told me that . i will give you a feedback after installing them

i hope its not rods/joints. i only have 16k miles on it. im going to have to reset my tire pressure, check out how to adjust the shocks and make sure they are at factory specs for now and get an alignment.
