BG 44k, anyone use it? Can we on our car?
On my old 99 Maxima, about every 20k or so I would run a can of BG 44k injection/fuel cleaner through the engine and it would make a great difference in how the car performed. It cleaned everything out and I would see a nice MPG increase, and a lot smoother feel in the engine along with what felt like a tad more 'ooomph' from the motor.
Being direct injection and turbo, I dont know if this stuff would work on this car, so I figured I would ask about it. If not this stuff, what would you all suggest as a good system cleaner to help prolong the life and clean it? Thanks all! |

Of course you can use injectors fuel system cleaners. I use another brand but do it every 7500 miles

I thought being direct injection, the only thing that works (other than manually cleaning them) was to suck up SeaFoam through a vacuum hose?
