Last time I ran map 5 i got a CEL light...

So I've been staying on Map 3

91 octane with DCI

Recently installed RR DPs though... been thinking of going up to 5 again but really dont want another CEL...

wouldnt this make it run even leaner now that you have more power from the dp's? i tried map 5 on 91 octane and it ran like crap. i dont dare try it again. i did map 7 on 100 octane that was a good runnin car. i cant wait for next years season to run my dp's, 104 octane and map 8. damn winter season.....

downpipes, intake, and 91 should be enough to run map 5 IMO.

you got a cel light from map 5? any codes thrown? anybody else with this issue?

map 5 shouldnt give you any trouble, i ran it all the time before switching to 7 after i put the ar downpipes in..

maybe map 5 sucked for me on 91 cause im at 4500ft? it just felt like it was knocking/pulling a lot of timing.

Map 5 on my 7/09 build. Car runs great and pulls hard.

I got a CEL once with the rev 8.4 doing a a pull from 70-130 on a closed airfield. Not sure what it was but i'm running rev 8.5BT now and no CEL's. I haven't tested the same scenario since though and don't plan to.
