Runflat blow up, is my rim permanently damaged or just scratched?

It seems scratched on the picture and the strange is when I first looked the tire was in one piece and when I came back an hour later to take the picture there was this huge hole

Most likely just scratched, but once the tire gets dismounted the tech will be able to see a bit more.

That is normal wear on the rear tires from the negative camber. The tires should have been replaced way before this.

Looks like owner mis-use here. You must have been driving on a deflated tyre for a while and looks like your way past the wear indicator on the tyre. Should of been replaced ages ago. This is not a "runflat" blow up as any tyre would have done that.

On another note, the rim only looks scratched so I doubt you will have any issues there.
