Who's got AST/Swift springs?

Those of you who track and have this combo, I have a few questions:

- What spring rates F/R did you go with?
- What setting F/R did you set the dampers for rebound for street
- What setting F/R did you set the dampers for rebound for track

Street/Track Damper rebound setting is only to have a rough idea where to start at. I know things may vary a little depending on other mods such as anti-sway bars etc.

spring rate 400/600
other mods, m3 sways and m3 front suspension components, LSD

started at 5 clicks from soft, ended up at 5 clicks front, 4 clicks rear for street. Track = 8 clicks front and 7 rear.
